Total Victory in Christ
INTRODUCTION
Victory is the defeat of an opponent or enemy; the achievement of mastery of success in a struggle. Total victory therefore is the absolute or total defeat of an enemy. Because you came today, your victory over life issues shall be total.
FROM EGYPT TO CANAAN
On the way from Egypt to Canaan, the Israelites encountered challenges and fought internal and external wars. Though they recorded victories in battles, most of their victories were short and fragmental. Note that Israelites’ journey from Egypt to Canaan is a picture of Christian pilgrimage from conversion to heaven. Though some generations fell on the way, not getting to Canaan, many Israelites still made it to Canaan: you shall make it to heaven without fail; you will not derail from faith.
Instances of WAR & fragmental victories
- Pharaoh reluctantly released his slaves (the Israelites). As they left Egypt Pharaoh pursued them to the Red Sea; but God won. Every stubborn situation in your life, you shall see them no more from today.
- Food scarcity: God fed them throughout the journey. This year and always, what you will eat will not be scarce; you will not eat the bread of adversity.
- Water scarcity and bitter water at Mara: God provided water and made the bitter water sweet. This year, you will not drink water of sorrow or affliction; whatever bitter water inherent in 2018 is made sweet by Jehovah.
- War of loyalty to God and idol worship: Should your loyalty be tested this year, you shall come forth like gold.
- The Amalek war and lifting the hand of Moses: You will receive help that will ensure your victory in any battle this year.
- Crossing the red sea and swelling of Jordan: Every red sea and river Jordan ahead in 2018, they shall part before you; you shall pass through without being drown.
- The error of great leader Moses: Ah, you will not make an unpardonable error that will derail your destiny in the name of Jesus.
- Change of leadership to Joshua. In 2018, you shall be favoured, honoured, lifted and promoted in 2018.
- The impenetrable wall of Jericho fell. Every seemingly insurmountable challenge ahead of you in 2018 shall fall for your sake.
- The journey of 40 days took 40 years: I decree accelerated victory for you this year and command every battle of delay to crumble in the name of Jesus.
Conclusion
Israelites eventually won all battles by God’s guidance and leadership. God gave them total victory and they rested from war. From this moment, you shall rest from warfare.
